Where does Marcia come up with her ideas for characters?

Well, that's easy! From her real life friends, associations and experiences! Especially where her inspiration for 'lethally handsome' heroes, 'skilled in the art of romance,' is concerned! One word sums up the source of that inspiration…"Kevin!"
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Marcia's husband, Kevin, serves not only as her inspiration for many physical attributes and personality traits of a story's hero…but he also provides a vast anthology of clever and romantic dialog phrases and colloquialisms. Many times Kevin is quoted almost verbatim in Marcia's books. Particularly in those favorite of moments when a hero is delivering a knee-weakening kiss, accompanied by an impishly flirtatious remark.

Fiction is the imitation of true life (and love) when it comes to heroic figures in Marcia's literary adventures. And when curious readers ask Marcia which instances in a story were directly inspired by Kevin…Marcia doesn't pause before pointing them out!
